Qualifications

Primary duties will include:

• Greeting all customers entering the service area with a friendly attitude, answering questions, and directing them appropriately
• Controlling service traffic flow and parking
• Checking if customers have appointments, recording their information, VIN, mileage, and vehicle damage
• Bagging and tagging vehicles with seat bags, floor mats, and tags
• Assisting customers with rental forms, copying licenses and insurance, and preparing rentals
• Checking returned rentals for damage, missing items, gas, and mileage
• Maintaining a clean and safe service drive area
• Pulling vehicles into the service drive after contact is made
• Checking the lot in the evening and moving emergency vehicles into the shop

Education and Experience:

• No experience necessary; on-the-job training provided

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with a driving record meeting insurance standards
• Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Courteous and professional customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach shelves, using a stool or ladder if needed
• Availability to work evenings until 7 pm and Saturdays
