Job Description

The Service Porter is responsible for moving service customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility, increasing customer convenience, and maintaining an orderly service parking area. Additionally, the service porter will assist with home deliveries for service clients, adopting a concierge service approach.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Picking up and delivering vehicles to clients in the Roaring Fork, Grand, and Vail valleys. Enjoy driving top-end luxury vehicles through beautiful landscapes!
2. Greeting all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, answering questions, and directing them appropriately.
3. Using technology to manage our fleet of brand-new cars effectively.
4. Performing basic porter duties such as vehicle intake, key control, maintaining cleanliness of the service area, and other assigned duties.
5. Providing excellent customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Authorization to work in the USA.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
