Salary may be from $40,000 to $150,000 annually (Depending on Performance)

The Salesperson Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include an advance of a monthly draw of $2500. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Job Description

Our Sales Professionals are responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity - personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guarantee satisfaction of customers.
  • Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
  • Demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives).
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork, laying the foundation for customer loyalty.
  • Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
