Cavender Auto Family in Lubbock, TX, is seeking a full-time Service Porter to join our Cadillac of Lubbock team and help Make Confidence Happen every day. If you enjoy helping customers and taking pride in a clean, organized service drive, you'll feel right at home here.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Background check and MVR will be completed.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Demonstrates enthusiastic and motivated attitude for success.
• Strong communication and customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service drive with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Direct customers to the appropriate area and provide clear directions.
• Assist service team and maintain a clean, organized service drive.
• Prepare and move vehicles from service drive to parking area.
• Record inventory and store keys to keep drives clear.
• Support the service team with miscellaneous duties as needed.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing

• From staging vehicles to greeting customers, this role is essential to the function of the dealership
• Greeting customers as they enter our service drive
• Direct customers where to go and interact with them in a friendly, caring manner
• Prepare and move vehicles from service drive to parking area
• Clean, organize service drive and assist service team as needed
• Keep the drive clear by parking cars, recording inventory, and storing keys
• Supporting the service team, as needed, through miscellaneous duties

Here Is What You Will Need

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license
• Enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to be successful
• Engaging personality with strong communication and customer service skills
• Customer service experience preferred
