Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and assist with their needs to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist service advisors with check-in, quick checks (tire pressure, lug nut torque, wiper blades) and related tasks.
• Move vehicles from service drive to parking stalls as needed.
• Assist with check-in/check-out vehicle pull-ups, rental paperwork, and relaying information between advisors and technicians.
• Support other departments, such as running parts or shuttle services.
• Fulfill other tasks requested by the service manager or fixed ops director to keep the service department running smoothly.
