Job summary

DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks is hiring a Service Porter to greet customers, move and park vehicles, and prepare cars for delivery. This position supports the service department and technicians, with on-the-job training provided and a pathway to career advancement within Lithia & Driveway.

The role offers a California pay range of $17.00-$20.00 per hour, a 5-day workweek, and standard hours. We value punctuality, reliability, and a proactive team approach in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• No previous automotive or dealership experience required.
• Punctual and committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the service department and provide a friendly first impression.
• Move and park customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the service department and lot.
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare customer vehicles for delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, parking areas, and service department.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle transportation and other daily operational support.

• Department Hours: Mon-Fri: 7AM-6PM, Sat: 8AM-5PM and Sun: Closed

Total Rewards

The California pay range for this position is $17.00-$20.00 hourly. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
