Job summary

Lithia & Driveway in Seattle is hiring a Service Concierge to support the dealership operations and customer demand. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused role onsite, assisting with vehicle movements, wash/organization, and service logistics.

Flexible shifts and evenings/weekends may be required. We seek individuals with a positive attitude, professional appearance, and the ability to navigate technology.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or automotive experience
• Previous dealership experience is ideal but not required
• Be able to navigate technology with ease
• Be passionate about the BMW brand and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path
• Professional in appearance and communications
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Operate several types of cars, light trucks, and vans, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
• Create welcoming and trustworthy experiences for customers to earn their loyalty
• Wash BMWs and organize vehicles within the dealership
• Support the service department with parking logistics

Dealership:L0110 BMW SeattleBMW SeattleService ConciergePay will start at $21.30 per hour.Schedule is 3 shifts, 13 hours each on a rotating basis. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand.
