Pay Range

This range is provided by Tommie Vaughn Motors Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Responsibilities include:

• Driving vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.
• Installing protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, etc.) and tagging all vehicles brought in for service.
• Servicing vehicles with gas, oil, and water.
• Washing and cleaning vehicles as needed.
• Maintaining lot appearance by cleaning driveway, sidewalks, removing snow and debris.
• Transferring customers to and from their homes when requested.
• Ensuring documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards.
• Following all safety and security procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
• Ability to operate motor vehicles safely in tight and small spaces.
• Highly professional, dependable, and customer service oriented.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including maintaining composure under stress.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Team player with a strong commitment to customers and team members.
• Self-motivated with good communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and willing to go above and beyond.
