Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a shuttle/lot attendant. You will move vehicles, support service flow, and provide courtesy washes to customers.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, ability to operate automatic and manual transmissions, and a willingness to work in varying weather conditions. This full- and part-time role offers growth within a large automotive group.

Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic and friendly with a customer-focused approach.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and kneel for long periods in various weather.
• Comfort with walking long distances around the lot and dealership.

Responsabilités

• Drives vehicles to and from service areas and the lot as needed.
• Assists with vehicle flow within the dealership as service tickets are generated.
• Provides customer courtesy washes as requested.
• Inspects vehicles to detect damage and verify accessories on the invoice.
• Records descriptions of damages and lists missing items on receipts.
• Services vehicles in storage to protect tires, battery and finish.

Responsibilities

• Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
• Assist with vehicle flow within dealership as service tickets are generatedProvides customer courtesy washes as requested
• Inspects vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
• Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt.
• Services vehicles in storage to protect tires, battery, and finish against deterioration.

Qualifications

• Able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Enthusiastic
• Friendly
• Minimum of 18 years old with a current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• This position requires the ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods of time in all types of weather.
