Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisors by helping customers and maintaining organization in the service drive.
• Safely move customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop and other dealership areas.
• Retain keys according to safeguard procedures.
• Promote effective working relationships with associates and departments.
• Follow dealership procedures for vehicle delivery to ensure high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Assist fellow dealership personnel to support the overall functioning of the dealership.
• Be prepared to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
