Job description

Martin Automotive Group is seeking a Service Porter to join our team at our Toyota Cleveland Heights dealership. Responsibilities:

1. Provide friendly, courteous, and prompt transportation to customers during service or repairs.
2. Pick up and deliver packages, parts, or mail; run errands for the facility.
3. Drive defensively and adhere to all motor vehicle laws.
4. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, recommend repairs/maintenance, and ensure registration and licenses are current.
5. Ensure all occupants wear seatbelts; child restraint seats must be used per local law.
6. Pick up and deliver company vehicles to dealerships and auctions.
7. Deliver vehicles in the same condition received and hand over necessary paperwork and keys.
8. Obtain proper paperwork and keys from sellers and return them to the General Manager.
9. Complete sign-off forms, maintain dealer plates, and return them to the General Manager.
10. Submit expense reports and receipts promptly to the General Manager.
11. Report incidents such as speeding tickets or obstructions to the General Manager.
12. Report any vehicle issues or damages to the General Manager.
13. Complete all required training as directed.
14. Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
