The Service Porter Associate is expected to conduct themselves professionally, aligning with Shea Core Values and company policies. The pay range is $18.15 to $22.55/hour. The role includes eligibility for renewal and discretionary annual bonuses, along with benefits such as PTO, paid holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, disability, life insurance, a 40% discounted apartment, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and a cell phone allowance.
Work is on-site at an apartment community, involving interaction with residents, staff, and vendors. Hours typically range from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., including weekends, with flexibility required.
Must be physically capable of performing duties which include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasionally driving.
