As a Service Valet, you are a key member at Norm Reeves Genesis of Irvine. Your responsibilities include creating a positive service experience for our guests and ensuring all guest vehicles are washed and handled with care. Your positivity and attention to detail are essential to keep our guests returning.

What You’ll Do

• Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answer questions, and direct them appropriately
• Control service traffic flow and parking
• Determine if customers have appointments
• Record customer details including name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and vehicle damage
• Assist service advisors as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe service drive area
• Place interior protection in vehicles
• Tag keys and place mirror tags in vehicles
• Move vehicles to designated parking areas, ensuring windows are up and vehicles are locked
• Follow all customer service processes
• Bring vehicles to the front of the service drive when directed
• Ensure vehicles are clean from dirt and grease after service
• Guide vehicles through the car wash
• Perform light lifting duties when needed
