WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR SERVICE PLUMBER - REPAIR TECH

You work a standard Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule.

This role keeps you on your toes as you visit customer locations, expertly diagnose problems with their plumbing systems, and complete top-notch repairs, installations, and replacements. Working on components like drains, pipes, faucets, and water heaters, you get the fixtures in excellent working order while following all codes, manufacturer specifications, and customer expectations. You explain options to the customer, provide pricing, and upsell additional services when appropriate.

Attentive to detail, you closely document your work, check equipment performance, and collect payment at the end of the job. You also educate customers on how to properly use and maintain their equipment as well as participate in our marketing program and networking efforts to increase revenue when possible.
