Job summary

Regency Plumbing & Piping, Inc. is expanding its Service & Repair Department and seeks ethical, skilled plumbers to help build something special from the ground up. We offer a full-time role with pay ranging $35.00–$50.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus medical/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, a company vehicle, and tools.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with limited after-hours work, and opportunities for advancement and training within a growing Southern California service team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience.
• Strong service and repair background.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Professional attitude and communication.
• Pride in workmanship and customer service.
• Commercial service, medical gas, leak detection, or specialty experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing problems and explain options honestly to customers.
