WHAT YOU'LL DO:

When customers throughout the South Bay call in need of exceptional heating, refrigeration, or air conditioning services, you'll be the one who takes on the job and does whatever it takes to get the system operating perfectly. You'll inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain all kinds of commercial equipment, including coolers, ice machines, and rooftop units.

Following safety policies and technical specifications, you'll troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical issues. You'll also perform routine maintenance to support the system's longevity. Throughout the job, you'll accurately document the services you perform, the parts you use, and the customer interactions you have. We'll provide you with a company vehicle, and you'll also be responsible for keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked with all the tools and materials you need.

Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Service Tech Qualifications:

• EPA universal certification
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R field service experience
• Excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret schematics
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions/temperatures
• Effective, professional English communication skills (verbal/written) and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no major violations)
• Preferred - ServiceTitan (or similar CRM) experience, specifically maintaining job records, creating estimates, and sending invoices
