Mr. Plumber Atlanta, part of Coolray Companies, seeks a skilled residential plumber to diagnose and repair plumbing emergencies, perform service calls, and deliver world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• GA State Plumbing License preferred.
• Residential service and repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a standard plumbing system).
• Leak location and repair a plus.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Results driven in a high-energy environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Must pass MVR Test.
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services.
• Strong residential service experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Provide customers with information on our Plumbing Care Maintenance Agreements.
• Water Heater replacement and repair.
• Fixture Replacement (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet).
• Drain Cleaning.
• Competent use of conventional sewer machines.
