Job summary

Mr. Plumber Atlanta, a Coolray Company, is hiring a residential plumber to diagnose and repair plumbing emergencies, perform water heater work, fixture replacements, and drain cleaning. You will engage customers, promote maintenance agreements, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-first team.

GA licensed plumbers preferred; team thrives in a high-energy environment with strong problem-solving and communication skills and independence on job sites.

Qualifications

• GA State Plumbing License preferred.
• Residential service & repair experience diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing systems.
• Leak location and repair is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Must pass MVR test and be able to follow directions independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services.
• Strong residential service experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Provide customers with information on our Plumbing Care Maintenance Agreements.
• Water heater replacement and repair.
• Fixture replacement (faucets, tubs, and toilets).
• Drain cleaning and use of sewer machines.

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

• GA State Plumbing License Preferred
• Residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system)
• Leak Location and Repair, a plus
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Results driven in a high-energy environment
• Attention to detail
• Must pass MVR Test
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
