Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning in Florida is seeking an Experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician for full-time work, offering $25.00-$35.00 per hour base plus uncapped commissions. Schedule: Sunday through Wednesday 12-8, Thursday-Saturday off, with holidays off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing service experience.
• Deep knowledge of residential systems, troubleshooting, and code compliance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Clean, valid Florida driver’s license; pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential plumbing systems
• Perform high-quality service work with professionalism and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain solutions, and build trust
• Offer maintenance options and recommend services when appropriate
• Complete accurate service tickets using mobile apps or standard forms
• Follow safety codes and best practices in all repairs and installations
