At Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, we’re building an elite team of HVAC professionals. We’ve been serving Central Florida since 1977, and now we’re expanding—looking for highly skilled technicians who take pride in their craft and want to be part of something bigger.
This is not a stepping-stone job. This is a long-term, high-respect, high-reward opportunity.
We’re serious about paying what you’re worth. Bring the skills—we’ll bring the paycheck.
(Specific tools only; pre-approved list with items valued up to $1000)

Uncapped. You earn it, you keep it.
Surround yourself with experienced techs who take pride in what they do. No babysitting. No drama. Just skilled pros doing great work.
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor Florida conditions. Position requires frequent standing, bending, climbing ladders, and use of HVAC tools and equipment while working safely in environments exposed to heat, dust, noise, and mechanical hazards.
We’re not hiring to fill seats—we’re hiring top-tier talent to help us lead the industry. If you’re ready to be respected, rewarded, and challenged at the highest level, we want to hear from you.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
