Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is seeking an Experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician in Florida. You will diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential systems, delivering top-tier service with clear homeowner communication and meticulous workmanship.

Earn $25-$35/hr base plus uncapped commissions, with a $2500 sign-on bonus and a choice of pre-approved tools worth up to $1000. Expect 8–10 hour shifts and family‑friendly scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing service experience.
• Deep knowledge of residential systems, troubleshooting, and code compliance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Clean, valid Florida driver’s license.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Relevant licenses or certifications are a big plus.
