Ray Page Plumbing INC in Vernon, CT seeks a journeyman service plumber to handle installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing and heating systems for residential and light commercial customers.

This full-time weekday role offers a take-home vehicle, a Monday–Friday schedule with some overtime, and benefits including medical insurance, vacation, sick time, 401K with company match, and six holidays.

Qualifications

• Connecticut Journeyman License - P2 required.
• Proven experience in residential and light commercial plumbing.
• Well water system experience is a plus; water treatment experience preferred.
• Proficient with tools and equipment of the trade; strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair plumbing and heating systems.
• Perform skilled plumbing tasks alone or with an apprentice.
• Handle residential and light commercial service plumbing.
• Diagnose, repair and replace hot water tanks and tankless systems.
• Repair and install fixtures, water closets, sinks, showers, and drainage systems per codes.
• Communicate repair options to customers.
• Use ServiceTitan for daily workflow.

Service Plumber - Journeyman| $35.00 - $40.00 per hour + Spiffs / Bonuses.

Work Schedule:

7:30am to 3:30pm | Monday through Friday | Some overtime required | never weekends | No on-call

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for major installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing and heating system.
• Work involves performance of skilled plumbing tasks, alone or with a helper/ apprentice.
• Residential and light commercial service plumbing
• Diagnose, repair and replacement of hot water tanks and tankless
• Repair, replace, install all types of plumbing fixtures, water closets, sinks, drinking fountains, showers, kitchen, laboratory, and other heating, water or drainage systems according to plumbing codes
• Communicating with customers on all repairs, replacement, and upgrade options
• Daily use in ServiceTitan
• *No drain cleaning - we have a drain cleaning department*
