You will perform residential plumbing service and install work, diagnose issues, and explain findings to homeowners in plain language. You will present upfront, flat-rate pricing and deliver a five-star customer experience.

The role includes a company-provided truck, on-call emergency duties with time-and-a-half, and guaranteed 40-hour pay, with benefits and growth opportunities through the company network.

Qualifications

• Valid, clean driver's license.
• Connecticut P2 plumbing license.
• Experience performing residential plumbing service and install work.
• Strong communication skills — educate homeowners, not a high-pressure sales approach.
• Organized, detail-oriented; maintain tools and truck.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service and install work — most jobs completed in 1–2 days, larger boiler jobs 4–5 days.
• Diagnose issues thoroughly, addressing root cause rather than just the immediate symptom.
• Conduct a full home plumbing walk-through on service calls and explain findings to the homeowner in plain language.
• Present upfront, flat-rate pricing options using the company price book — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
• Build trust and rapport with homeowners to create a five-star customer experience.
• Keep your company-provided van and tools organized and job-ready.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for genuine emergency calls.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICE PLUMBER

Greenwich, CT

Here, you'll be trusted to diagnose the whole picture, educate homeowners, and get paid well for doing the job right. If you take pride in your license, your truck, and your work, this is a seat at the table on a team being built from the ground up.

THE BASICS

Location: Greenwich, CT
Pay: $35–$60/hr base (higher end for more experienced techs), plus uncapped truck bonus and developing SPF bonus opportunities (see below)
Service Area: Primary focus within a 5-mile radius of Greenwich/Stamford, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30/4:00 PM (40 hours guaranteed even if jobs wrap early)
On-Call: Rotating on-call week (Friday–Friday) for emergency no-heat/no-hot-water calls only; paid time and a half
Reports To: Owner

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Keep your company-provided van and tools organized and job-ready
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for genuine emergency calls
