Job summary

Lochridge Priest Home Services in Waco, Texas is hiring a Service Plumber on a full-time basis. You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, install and maintain plumbing systems, and ensure code compliance.

A strong emphasis on customer service and accurate record-keeping is required. We offer uncapped pay potential, comprehensive benefits, paid holidays and PTO, and ongoing training with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years plumbing experience preferred.
• Licensed plumber: Tradesman, Journeyman or Master.
• Current plumbing certification as required by state.
• Familiar with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues.
• Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues.
• Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues.
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand plumbing concerns and solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services.
• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems
• Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures
• Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company.
