Key Responsibilities:

Growing and Turning the wrench for our Plumbing Divis i on

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while diagnosing and troubleshooting any issues
• Selling plumbing work on current jobs and new business
• Developing strategy for growing our plumbing business in this market
• Building and leading a high- performance team of plumbers
• Training, mentoring, and guiding current and new technicians
• Communicating and training other departments on our plumbing offering and the importance of it

• Years of Experience in the Plumbing trade
