Job summary

GEM Plumbing & Heating is seeking a Service Plumber to join our growing commercial plumbing department. This full-time role requires travel within CT and RI, and a CT P1/P2 Journeyman Plumber license.

You will install, repair, and replace commercial systems, provide world-class service, and work with a team while upholding safety and company policies. On-call and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold CT P1/P2 Journeyman Plumber License.
• Prior commercial plumbing experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and reliability.
• Ability to work on-call and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace commercial plumbing systems, including confined or high locations.
• Provide world-class customer service to customers daily.
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with other workers and supervisors while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Arrive on time to all jobs and be ready to work.
• Attend company meetings as necessary.
• Adhere to safety and handbook policies.

Overview

As a Service Plumber, you will work within our commercial plumbing department. This position is full time and will require travel within the CT and RI area.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace various commercial Plumbing systems, sometimes in confined or high places
• Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain clean work area
• Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
• Attend company meetings as necessary
• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies

Qualifications

• Must hold a CT P1/P2 Journeyman Plumber License -Sign on Bonus !
