Job summary

Bighorn Plumbing is seeking an Experienced Service Plumber in Northern Nevada. This role offers performance-based pay with unlimited earning potential and no on-call requirements.

You’ll diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems, with two-day weekends and multiple paid holidays forming part of the compensation model. Join a locally owned firm that values pride in workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Residential service plumbing experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Install and repair plumbing systems, piping, fittings, fixtures, and equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional, dependable, clean, and friendly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Backflow and manometer experience or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address questions with professionalism.
• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Install and repair piping, fittings, faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters, and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and recommend solutions.
• Test systems for leaks, pressure issues, and proper operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Complete scheduled service calls efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work area.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Bighorn Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Service Plumber who wants the opportunity to earn based on performance—not be limited by an hourly wage or salary cap.

Our compensation structure is performance-based with no earning cap. The more productive you are in the field, the greater your earning potential.

Your pay is based on completed, billed work in the field, giving high-performing technicians the opportunity to earn significantly more. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.

The complete compensation structure and earning opportunities will be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities
