Qualifications

• Current plumbing license and service plumbing experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to explain options clearly to homeowners.
• Experience in sales, estimating, or invoicing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing problems and inspect systems for concerns.
• Perform repairs, replacements, maintenance, and installations to high standards.
• Explain findings and present repair and replacement options to customers.
• Prepare accurate estimates and invoices and document work properly.
• Communicate professionally to create repeat business and 5-star reviews.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle, tools, and work area.

What You Will Do

• Diagnose residential plumbing problems and inspect systems for current or potential concerns.
