Job summary

AVE-PLP, LLC is seeking a Service Performance Specialist to support training and development within the Service Department, helping teams serve customers more efficiently. You will report to the Service Operations Manager and work across Service Manager coaching and technician development initiatives.

The role emphasizes improving processes, measuring performance, and translating data into actionable coaching plans to drive consistent, high-quality service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of service/repair experience expected.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in off-road or heavy equipment.
• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment for training.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Service Managers on leadership and performance.
• Support technician recruitment and development.
• Improve service processes to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable plans.
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly performance routines.
