Job summary

Harbinger in California seeks a Customer Parts Order Specialist to support service operations in Cypress (GG3). You will process customer orders, manage BOMs, and ensure parts are available for vehicle servicing.

You will also pick, pack, and ship materials to service providers and work with multiple departments to resolve delivery issues. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a dealership or similar environment, strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; Automotive or business background beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• 3–5 years dealership or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process internal and external customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain records of transactions and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor and Service team to ensure parts availability.
• Pick, pack, and ship materials for service providers in Cypress (GG3) warehouse.
• Utilize parts catalog systems and shipping documentation for NCR material returns.
