Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 1 year of related automotive service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage needs at the service desk and sales floor.
• Schedule appointments, process transactions, and explain services and parts.
• Assist with vehicle inspections and knowledge of service and replacement parts.
• Adhere to cash handling, refund, and return policies; address customer issues with management guidance.
• Conduct basic express automotive services and safety procedures in accordance with SOPs.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe shop environment.
