Job summary

Warren Equipment Company is seeking a Service Parts Facilitator to oversee parts ordering, delivery, returns, and order filling to support service operations. You will coordinate between the warehouse, technicians and management to improve efficiency and profitability, delivering customer excellence and morale.

The role requires Caterpillar parts knowledge, warehousing experience, strong communication, and the ability to relocate within OK/TX.

Qualifications

• Two years Caterpillar parts knowledge or equivalent.
• 2+ years warehousing experience.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, convey, and receive information clearly.
• Ability to remain calm during escalated circumstances with customers or staff.
• Solution oriented mindset with strong time-management skills.
• Willingness to relocate within the Oklahoma or Texas territory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional behavior aligned with WCAT Mission, Vision and values.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Order parts for technicians ensuring lead times, fees and freight are appropriate.
• Follow up on backorders daily with a holistic timeline view of service department.
• Minimize expenses with sourcing and freight knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with HR and safety policies and procedures.
• Aid technicians and supervisors in returns for cores and unused parts.
• Serve as primary contact between parts operations and service managers.
• Communicate inventory needs based on forecasted work; adjust/add inventory as needed.
