Job summary

Warren CAT is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate I to support warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and overall efficiency. You will perform daily duties including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, staging, and customer will-call support.

Safety, 6S standards, and fast-paced accuracy are essential as you help maintain inventory integrity, process cycles, and cross-functional coordination with drivers, technicians, and sales staff.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 6 months to 2 years of warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of inventory processes, shipping/receiving, and material handling.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts or obtain certification on hire.
• Proficiency with inventory systems, scanners, and basic computer apps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level customer service through accurate, timely support.
• Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and will-call support.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, storage, cycle counts, and inventory control processes.
• Support efficiency by meeting productivity, accuracy, and turnaround goals in a fast-paced setting.
• Assist with cores, returns, hose fabrication, and shipping documentation following quality standards.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment per 6S standards.
• Communicate with warehouse leadership, drivers, technicians, and other departments to ensure workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement in warehouse organization and process efficiency.
• Assist with special projects, inventory activities, and operational support as needed.
