Position Summary

CatchAir is seeking energetic and reliable Service Ops team members (Cashiers) to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role serves as the first point of contact for our guests, making it one of the most important positions in creating a positive and lasting impression. Service Ops team members set the tone for each visit through friendly, efficient, and engaging interactions. This role is responsible for handling transactions, assisting guests, and supporting both the front desk and café operations. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, family‑focused environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
• Accurately handle cash, card, and digital transactions
• Take food and beverage orders in the café area
• Assist with preparing and delivering café items as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service desk and café area
• Answer guest questions and assist with check‑in and purchases
• Support team members and assist with operational needs as required
• Follow all company policies and cash‑handling procedures
