Job summary

PepsiCo in Akron, OH is seeking a warehouse associate to load and unload pallets, select correct cases for orders, and operate a forklift after training. You will contribute to a fast-paced supply chain that keeps community brands available.

The role requires lifting 15–50 lb, standing long periods, and working weekends/holidays in a high-temperature, loud environment. On-site shift typically starts at 3pm with 8–10 hour targets.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Weekend and holiday work required, as well as off-shift hours.
• Able to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods with or without accommodation.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and cases to and from trailers.
• Select appropriate cases according to order using required technology.
• Safely operate a forklift after training and certification.
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases in truck trailers.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.

Location: 1460 E Turkeyfoot Lake Rd, Akron, OH, 44312-5349 Quick Look Pay: $24.63 per hourLocation: 1460 E Turkeyfoot Lake Rd, Akron OH 44312-5349Schedule: 2-3 Days per week, with Sundays and Fridays as required. Shift Start time is 3pm daily until the work is completed with a target shift of 8-10 hours., 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You Will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
• You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

• Load, move, and prepare beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos for delivery, keeping the supply chain running for the communities that count on them.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology
• Safely operate a forklift after we provide training and you obtain certification
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer
• Maintain general housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required
