Job summary

Tourneau|Bucherer in Seattle seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to oversee the Rolex Boutique SCP workshop’s repair process. You will coordinate with the manufacturer, the Long Island City service facility, in-store watchmakers, and clients to ensure smooth repairs.

You will supervise service intake, data entry and follow-up, support technicians, track productivity, and maintain parts and shipments while upholding safety policies. This role reports to the Service Department Manager.

• Polished and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills.
• Experience in the timepiece industry with technical service knowledge base.

Job Title: Service Operations Supervisor

OVERVIEW

The Service Operations Supervisor of the Rolex Boutique SCP workshop is responsible for the process flow of all Rolex customer repairs. This role will serve as the central communication point between the manufacturer, the Long Island City service facility, the in-store watchmaker(s) and the clients.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service intake, data entry and associated follow-up on all client repairs
• Assist the watchmaker(s) with the technical workflow to ensure efficient turnaround time
• Monitor and track productivity standards to meet volume goals and ensure due dates are adhered to
• Review and maintain sufficient spare parts, tools and supplies as well as order parts needed for specific repairs
• Serve as a liaison between the store and the Long Island City Service facility
• Process all inbound/outbound service-related shipments
• Maintain a safe workshop free from risks by complying with Bucherer USA established safety policies and procedures
