Job summary

Aquafinity - Santa Ana is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to manage the service work pipeline, assist with RFQs and quotes, and support billing during peak periods. You will help maintain workflow efficiency and ensure accurate revenue capture across service offerings.

You will coordinate with technicians, sales, and service staff to review requests, prepare cost-accurate quotes, and track opportunities from RFQ through approval, contributing to smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Position Purpose:

The Service Operations Specialist supports the service department by managing the service work pipeline, assisting with RFQs and quoting, and ensuring operational continuity during high-volume periods. This role provides overflow support for service coordination and billing while helping drive recurring revenue through monitoring programs and service offerings. The Service Operations Specialist plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency, accuracy, and revenue capture.

Salary & Benefits:

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $28.65 to $37.21 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. SRS Distribution offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime based on business needs. Depending on the role, associates may also be eligible for performance-based bonus programs, commissions, car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
