Manage all service operations to ensure the department functions profitability. This position exercises discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Supervise superintendents and employees by providing direction and training, and communicating company policies, procedures and objectives. Includes hiring, supervising performance management, and administering progressive discipline.
Administer company safety program. Includes performing safety audits when necessary and stressing the importance of safety to all employees.
Visit job sites and perform quality audits to ensure that route work is being completed efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.

27 - (24) Resident Service Mechanics, (1) Adjuster, (1) Repair Manager, (1) Warehouse Manager
This role manages subordinate supervisors who supervises field employees and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these units. The individual also directly supervises nonsupervisory employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems. All hiring, coaching, performance management and terminations are to be in coordination with HR support and approval.
