Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous operations management experience in a field-services environment.
• Experience leading multi-trade service teams across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Proven track record managing P&L and service margins.
• Willingness to travel locally across LA/OC/San Diego.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of service-based projects and ensure margins are met.
• Review project performance with project managers and field staff.
• Drive consistent job costing discipline and financial reporting across trades.
• Maintain 93%+ customer retention for maintenance agreements.
• Lead hiring and career development for field supervisors and project managers.
