Job summary

AMPAM MEP is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Service Divisions in the greater Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego metro areas. This role owns the full operating performance of our service business — timely project delivery & gross margins, recurring maintenance, and on-call/repair.

The candidate will unify field supervisors, project managers, and operations personnel into a single high-performing service

Qualifications

• Previous operations management experience in a field-services environment (mechanical, electrical or plumbing trades preferred).
• Proven track record managing P&L for a service business and driving margins.
• Experience leading multi-site / multi-trade teams and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day service operations across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades.
• Drive project delivery, margin, and maintenance revenue targets.
• Align field teams and customers; ensure service standards and safety.
