Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in service/inspection roles.
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with FieldHub or similar service platforms; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily service and inspection activities.
• Ensure all service calls are completed on time and in accordance with standards.
• Maintain daily communication with technicians for direction and support.
• Conduct regular training sessions to develop technical knowledge and customer service.
• Collaborate with technicians and coordinators to resolve service issues quickly.
• Prepare accurate reports on service performance and customer feedback.
• Ensure the service team has the tools and resources to succeed.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies.
