Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Lead Service Technician focused on Life Safety Services. You will install, inspect, test, and maintain life safety systems for customers on a scheduled basis. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, coordination with HTS teams, and ensuring documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• NICET II or greater certification preferred.
• At least 3 certifications in fire protection fields.
• Experience with Life Safety Systems installation and ITM.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service for Life Safety Systems installations and ITM tasks.
• Assist HTS technicians and train others in Vallen SOPs.
• Coordinate with customers on job activities and schedules.
• Maintain accurate documentation for invoicing and reporting.
• Handle parts requests and inventory for assigned jobs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and state regulations.
