Job summary

The role interfaces with NSA, Supply Chain, CCC, and Service Billing, ensuring tasks align with customer expectations and SOPs. Requires a High School Diploma, strong organization, and proficiency with ServiceMax and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with ServiceMax and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Review branch workload and assign work orders to technicians based on priority and skills.
• Monitor SLA adherence and communicate with customers on delays.
• Coordinate with Service Manager, NSA Specialist, and techs to ensure timely site surveys and project support.
• Assist with parts dispatch and subcontractor coordination to meet project timelines.
