Qualifications

• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, manage risk, and influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for CAM processes, policies, and operational initiatives.
• Provide issue resolution support for complex client and advisor servicing matters.
• Coach and develop associates to improve processing quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to risk management, audits, and quality assurance activities.
• Support implementation of organizational and operational changes.
