Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in service or operations.
• Excellent documentation, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, quantitative & problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate recommendations and build relationships across the organization.
• Familiarity with MS Excel; Access/database applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine reporting and analysis, contributing to recommendations for cost basis and tax, along with assisting in small to medium-sized projects within cost basis.
• Provide analysis within existing reporting models, while recommending minor adjustments.
• Make recommendations based on reporting and analysis that best meet client, regulatory, or business objectives.
• Develop solutions for routine and less complex problems for cost basis and tax reporting.
• Troubleshoot, resolve problems or issues while contributing to defining solutions in a Lean environment.
• Assist in the training of current and new team members.
• Assist the team in processing tasks, when needed.
