Pavion is seeking a talented and motivated Service Operations Associate to join our security business unit in Lees Summit, Missouri. You will audit project documentation, assist with final invoicing, and support closeout with cross‑department collaboration.

Responsibilities include data entry in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Excel, ensuring accuracy, and resolving discrepancies while maintaining timely customer reports. A fast-paced, team-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years in business or customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic MS Excel, Outlook and Word knowledge.
• Basic PC hardware, networking, CCTV, access control knowledge a plus.
• Ability to work with others as well as independently.
• Team player, flexible and resourceful, able to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Operations Associate to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensures operational accuracy and efficiency by auditing completed projects from the project management team to verify documentation, compliance, and quality standards
• Responsible for submitting final invoicing to the billing department, researching and resolving discrepancies using a variety of analytical and problem‑solving methodologies, and creating clear, accurate customer reports.
• Must precisely enter and maintain data in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Excel while collaborating closely with multiple departments to support seamless project closeout and continuous operational improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• 0-3 years prior business or customer service related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic MS Excel, Outlook and Word knowledge
• Basis PC Hardware, Networking, CCTV, Access Control and Alarm knowledge a plus
• Ability to work effectively with others as well as independently
• Team player, flexible and resourceful
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Pay Range-

The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00-$25.00 per hour . The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
