Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect – CSM

Location: Remote (Occasional Travel to New York)

Contract: 12+ months

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow CSM solutions to meet complex business requirements. This is a remote role with occasional travel to the client site in New York as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance ServiceNow CSM solutions.
• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow CSM modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Communities, and Virtual Agent.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow best practices, platform governance, and long-term roadmap planning.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation and system integration diagrams.
• Ensure the integration of ServiceNow CSM with other enterprise systems.
• Mentor junior developers and provide leadership in technical design and development.
• Participate in solution demos, UAT, and go-live support activities.
• Travel occasionally to the New York client site for workshops, stakeholder meetings, or project milestones.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience specifically with ServiceNow CSM module.
• Proven experience in architecture, design, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, data model, and integration options.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM required.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally to New York as project needs require
