We are hiring for the following position:

Role Title: Service Now Technical Architect
Location: 100% REMOTE (Must work Pacific hours)
Duration: 6+ months

Job Description

Schedule: M-F 8-5/9-6 PACIFIC TIME with flexibility based on business needs.
Implement ServiceNow platform and cross-platform integration solutions based on best practices, maintaining out-of-the-box (OOTB) upgradeability.
Partner with other business application owners to ensure smooth automation and data management processes.
Serve as a lead subject matter expert, driving best practices for the evolution of the company’s ServiceNow instance and integrated tools.
Contribute to the IT Roadmap, including ServiceNow rollout, new modules, and upgrades.
Lead discussions on new ServiceNow features, recommend process improvements, and keep users informed.

System Functionality and Enhancements
  • Lead ServiceNow platform upgrades, cloning, and maintenance.
  • Design and implement enterprise IT projects in ServiceNow, including gathering requirements, developing solutions, and serving as a liaison between stakeholders and IT.
  • Manage change processes for platform updates and define/document user interfaces, system, and data requirements.
  • Develop specifications and system design documentation.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience developing ServiceNow applications as a Technical Solutions Architect.
  • Strong hands-on coding skills.
  • Experience documenting architecture and design, and familiarity with newer ServiceNow features like App Engine Studio, Git, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
  • Deep technical knowledge across various modules including Employee Center, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, and Now Mobile.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, Angular, XML, JSON, CSS, and building custom components and integrations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; advanced IT degree or extensive ServiceNow experience.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, and Technical Architect.
