We're looking for a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined Service & Measure Technician to join our growing home improvement team. This is a field-based position requiring regular travel between Asheville, NC, and Greenville, SC, with mileage paid.

What You'll Do:

1. Accurately measure residential spaces for bathroom remodels and window installations
2. Perform minor service work and punch list items
3. Ensure all measurements are precise and documented for installation teams
4. Communicate clearly with customers and installation staff
5. Troubleshoot installation issues and help resolve any service needs
6. Represent our company professionally in customers' homes

What We're Looking For:

1. Prior experience in home improvement, remodeling, or installation (windows or bathrooms preferred)
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
3. Solid communication skills
4. Basic carpentry or construction knowledge is a plus
5. Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred) and your own basic tools
6. Willingness to travel between Asheville, NC, and Greenville, SC regularly
