Service Marketing Leader, Americas (Andover, MA or Pittsburgh, PA)

This role reports to the Sr. Director of America Service Growth & Global Marketing and is part of the Global Service Growth & Marketing team.

What will you be doing?

The position focuses on driving growth in the Americas service business by identifying opportunities across all business units, developing a strong service portfolio, and enhancing performance through market insights and analytics. Key responsibilities include downstream marketing efforts such as content creation, training material development, lead generation, and digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a fixed-term position that will end in August 2025.
What will you need to be successful?

To succeed in this role, you'll need a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and 8–12 years of experience in the medical device or technology industry, ideally with a background in service, sales, marketing, or operations. Success requires strong data analysis skills, experience with platforms like SAP and Salesforce, and proven communication and consensus-building abilities. You should also be capable of motivating change, establishing new processes, and have a solid understanding of digital marketing.

Travel Requirements:

Up to 20% travel expected.

All field sales professionals required to access healthcare facilities must successfully complete our credentialing process, which may include COVID-19 vaccine management.

Compensation:

The anticipated base salary range is $120,000–$150,000 USD annually. Actual offers depend on factors like experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Typically, hires are not at the top of the salary range. In addition to base pay, candidates are eligible for sales commissions, incentives, and benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, medical leave, and wellness programs.

Additional Compensation:

The range for this role can also be $60,000–$80,000 USD annually (or hourly), with competitive bonuses and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, parental leave, generous PTO, paid holidays, volunteer time, and wellness offerings.
